A whole lamb is typically 36 to 44 lbs and comes as a full, uncut carcass.
Completion includes a gentle kill by a local butcher (use of a provincial licensed facility is available for additional cost) by a fellow that has my philosophy that my animals deserve an end as gentle as every other day in their life. The meat is hung and then delivered whole.
This product is best suited if you have a recipe that calls for a whole uncut lamb (perfect for spit roasting) or if you want to cut the product yourself.
