Mutton is meat from a sheep older than 1 year.  We know there are people that prefer the stronger flavour of Mutton and so, very occasionally, KristaSheep will have Mutton in inventory. Ground mutton, for those of you that prefer it, is of interest for your favourite ground meat dish.
