You don't have to make decisions on the cuts as it comes as a mixed pack of cuts of a half lamb, described below. "Warm up winter" is typically 18 to 23 lbs ($215 -$275) hanging weight that is cut, packaged and labelled for easy identification of your lamb meat, delivered to your door.
"Warm up your winter" lamb includes some chops cut approximately 1 1/4 inch thick two small racks of lamb, a couple of short leg roasts bone-in, a couple of shanks, a couple of small shoulder roasts bone-in and two or three packages of ground lamb. Will make several potential warm winter meals with family or friends.
Completion includes a gentle kill in a shop by a fellow that has my philosophy that my animals deserve an end as gentle as every other day in their life. The meat is hung and cut by an experienced butcher. Your lamb mea,t nurtured naturally, with care,cuts are packaged and popped into the freezer.
